Organizational Behaviour

Description

The objective of this course is to acquaint students with an understanding of the structure and function of human behaviour in organizations. This will include a combination of lectures and discussions, which will convey organizational behavioural concepts in the context of everyday work experiences. The objective of this course is to provide a conceptual and empirical understanding of the structure and function of human behaviour in organizations. To provide an understanding of the effective management of organizational behaviour, that is, people working within the framework of an organization. This understanding will provide a foundation for the practical applications of organizational behaviour theory in business.
