Courses can be taken individually or as part of the Diploma.  Upon completion of the Diploma, students can apply up to 24 units towards degree studies

Risk Management Concentration


This concentration teaches you the fundamentals of business administration and risk Management. Learn how risk managers assess, identify, communicate and control the exposure of risk to better support an organization in achieving its goals.

Learning the core business competencies, combined with a specialization in Risk Management will help you create and implement structured risk management programs to prevent or reduce the potential losses before they occur

Admission Requirements
 
Admission Requirements
The majority of McMaster Continuing Education programs are open enrolment, which means there is no formal application or admission procedure. To enrol in a course, be sure to meet any/all posted pre-requisites and simply register online. McMaster Continuing Education courses can be taken as part of a program or individually.

English Language Proficiency Requirements
 
If your first language is not English, you must meet the University’s English language proficiency requirements. Completion of TOEFL exam with a minimum acceptable score of 20 on each of the four components (reading, writing, speaking and listening), valid for 2 years.
 
Program Requirements
 
To earn a Business Administration Diploma with a concentration in Risk Management, you must complete five core courses and three elective courses. Each course in the diploma is worth 3 units. You can complete the program at your own pace. Please contact us to develop a study plan.
