The Business Administration diploma program with a Concentration in Retirement Community Management is a flexible, convenient online program. Designed in collaboration with the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA), this program gives you the foundational skills required for supervisory and management roles within the retirement industry so you can enjoy a career in areas such as operations, marketing, sales, HR or finance.

Admission Requirements:
To enrol in McMaster Continuing Education programs, you must:
- Have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
- Be a mature student as defined in the Undergraduate Calendar of McMaster University or
- Be deemed an exceptional case
"This program is an open enrolment program. There is no formal admission procedure. To enrol in a course or the program, simply register online. Students should register at least three weeks before classes begin. Courses can be taken as part of a program or individually.
English Language Proficiency Requirements
If your first language is not English, you must meet McMaster University’s English language proficiency requirements: Completion of TOEFL exam with a minimum acceptable score of IBT: 86 overall with a minimum score of 20 on each of the four components (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening), valid for 2 years?"
