Program Overview
Humber’s Marketing Management graduate certificate program is a comprehensive program covering a wide range of topics relevant to today’s marketing professionals including digital marketing, branding, product development, advertising, distribution, sales, communications, planning, budgeting and strategy.
You will receive advanced training in a number of transferable skills that employers are looking for in their new hires, including creative problem solving, communications, decision-making, goal-setting and time management. With a highly practical focus, you will learn from a combination of real-world case studies and cutting-edge marketing techniques.
Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet all the requirements below in order to meet minimum program eligibility. Meeting minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee an offer of admission.
Admission selection is based on the following three requirements:
1. Academic
To be eligible for admission, you must possess the following:
- A bachelor’s degree
2. English Language Proficiency
All applicants whose first language is not English must meet Humber’s English Language Proficiency Policy.
3. International Credit Evaluation
Canadian citizens or permanent residents with international education are required to provide a credential evaluation. Note, for international High school education course by course evaluations, ICAS must be used. For international post-secondary education, a WES evaluation must be provided. In situations where you expect to apply for transfer credit, it is recommended that a course by course WES evaluation is completed.

Work Placement
Gain hands-on industry experience with a 160-hour (minimum) work placement. Here you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned in the classroom in a real-world business environment. With our support, you will find your placement at any number of leading marketing or advertising firms, or directly within the marketing departments of local, national or international brands. Placements may be completed full time in the third semester.
Study Abroad
Humber’s Semester Abroad Exchange Program is an opportunity to experience the world and gain valuable personal and professional skills while potentially receiving Humber credit towards your program.
