Managerial Finance
Description
To effectively lead a marketing team managers require a basic understanding of financial concepts, financial management and decision making. This course provides an overview of such concepts including; financial statements, cash flow, ratio analysis, inventory and credit policies and the effective budgeting and evaluation of a breadth of marketing related projects. No previous knowledge of finance is required.
