Description
Combining theory with a practical approach, this course will provide an overview of the fundamentals of human resources and their impact on the organization. The areas of focus will include the interrelationships between environmental/legal challenges, job analysis/design, human resources/career planning, recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, compensation, health and safety and labour relations.
