Teacher/Trainer of Adults
Description
Program Overview
Humber, in partnership with OntarioLearn, is pleased to offer the Teacher/Trainer of Adults certificate program as an online learning program. This certificate will train you to teach or facilitate adults in any capacity. Whether you teach in a formal classroom setting, facilitate seminars, train employees, or teach a general interest program to adults, you will be well equipped to meet the needs of all of your adult learners. The first course, Adult Learning, will begin your studies by exploring the nature of adult learners, their learning styles, needs, and characteristics, and analyze what makes teachers effective. You will then address critical aspects in course delivery.
Note: Humber is a registering college and Durham is the host college for this certificate program.
