Assessment and Evaluation
Description
This course will give an overview of the processes involved in assessment and evaluation. By gaining an understanding of the differences between these two concepts, students will become familiar with a variety of evaluation and assessment techniques that can be used to gain an understanding of the needs of learners and stakeholders. Learners will be encouraged to evaluate their own practice as a teacher or trainer in their environment. Note: This course contains mandatory group work. Students must complete all evaluations and receive an overall mark of 50% to pass. Textbook Required: The cost of textbook is extra. Prerequisites: OLC 100 Adult Learning
