Interior Decorating - Residential

About the program

Upon completion of the Interior Decorating - Residential program, students will have demonstrated the ability to apply the basic design process to create residential interior environments that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Learn to apply the principles and elements of design and to use the design process to solve decorating challenges in a fully online environment. Students work independently, and in teams, to solve problems and demonstrate their design ideas. This program is recognized by the Decorators and Designers Association of Canada (DDA) and graduates have the skills to pursue employment in various areas of the residential decorating field.

All courses must be completed within 5 years of acceptance into the program.

  • Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, OR 19 years of age or older.
