Topics in Human Resources Management
Description
This Graduate course offers an opportunity to consolidate the knowledge and essential skills required for work as a Human Resources Manager or Consultant. Students will complete a capstone project where they are tasked with finding volunteers for a major event. Students will complete a job analysis, recruit and select staff, develop and implement training programs and complete performance appraisals. The course also offers an opportunity to explore current issues and trends impacting the Human Resources profession.
