Description

This course equips learners with vital skills to align HR practices with organizational goals. Learners will develop a framework for integrating people analytics into strategic decision-making, identifying HR metrics crucial for organizational success. Through analysis, forecasting, and evaluation techniques, learners will gain experience in predicting HR needs, supporting workforce planning and assessing the efficacy of HR interventions. Learners will gain proficiency in leveraging data to drive informed decisions, optimize workforce performance, and achieve strategic objectives.
