Social media is an integral part of many people's lives. This course examines effective social media strategies and technologies to reach, engage and influence social media users. The focus is on current platforms, tools and tactics marketers need to use to reach the right audience in an increasingly fragmented marketing landscape. This course will give students a framework for understanding how to create and manage opportunities for compelling social media communications.
