Social Media Marketing
Description
Organizations and individuals can also use social networks to connect directly with an audience of followers, which can contribute to marketing goals from brand awareness and engagement to revenue generation and customer service. Students will learn the strategy and planning process for using social networks to build brand-exploring examples across a range of industries-and best practices for the main social networks. Students will learn about the strategies for social marketing-social media management and monitoring, social listening, content marketing, community building, paid social, and measurement. They will also demonstrate how to research and plan, create content, interact on social networks, and analyze different strategies using industry-leading social media marketing software.
