Occupational Health Nursing Introduction

Pre-requisite: Current R.N. registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

This course will introduce you to the practice of occupational health nursing as well as the ethical, professional, and legal issues and guidelines which form the bias of occupational health nursing practice. Students will acquire basic skills in the identification of health and safety hazards in the workplace as well as activities that promote employee health and safety.
