Managing Strategic HR Projects

Through this course students will develop a clear understanding of how to manage strategic human resources projects and their unique challenges. This course involves understanding and managing the relationships between people and technology, and the scarce resources of time and money. This course will provide practical theories for the successful development, implementation and evaluation of strategic human resources projects. Students will be introduced to a variety of principles, practices, tools and resources they can use to manage projects in a human resources setting.
