Introduction to Nursing Theory

Our Introduction to Nursing Theory course looks at how nursing theories relate to nursing practice and how they are applied. Learn about the history and development of nursing as a science, the characteristics of theories, conceptual models and frameworks, patterns of knowing and selected nursing theories developed by Watson, Leininger and Benner.
