Description
This Graduate Certificate course examines the leadership role HR Managers assume in supporting the effective management of an organization. Major topics include the compensation systems, recruitment and selection protocols, the development of training programs, merit rating and performance evaluation. Students will also gain knowledge of applicable Provincial and Federal Legislation as they related to the coordination on administrative functions within an organization. 3 units of credit.
