This course shows you how to take a strategic approach to your digital communications to achieve your business goals. You'll see how to successfully integrate digital, social and mobile platforms into a strategic business and marketing communications program. You'll start a blog to house your choice of an online project - either a written blog, a video web series or an audio podcast. You'll learn more about current applications and tools, policies and procedures, best practices, community management and legal, ethical and privacy issues. Sessions include lectures, discussions, practical instruction, group projects and online analysis.
