Field Experience - Wellness Coaching

A core aspect of the program is a field placement in which students identify a desired Placement site and supervisor, apply for that Placement, and develop an agreement with their supervisor regarding tasks and experiences that will help them build, practice, and reflect upon coaching skills, relationships, and processes. The site of the placement may be within a current employment setting or another appropriate worksite. Students are exposed to inter-professional learning, planning and leadership, coaching practice, collegiality and collaboration. Online interactions and reflections occur with the instructor and class throughout the placement experience.
