Description
This course will cover the philosophy and practical application of salary and wage compensation as a specialty within the human resource management field. The course will introduce the principles involved in developing and maintaining effective salary and wage compensation programs for employees through the study of compensation policies, techniques and objectives. Specific topics include job analysis, job evaluation, labour market surveys, job pricing and salary administration.
