Description
Gain enhanced skills and abilities in teaching or training the adult learner. Learn how to facilitate effective program planning, design meaningful assessment and evaluation tools, and achieve good instructional and teaching skills. Discover the various processes that assist adults to pursue learning in various formats, the educational issues reflecting current thinking and learner concerns, the ways to meet the specific needs of adults with learning challenges, and the skills needed for instructing in non-traditional environments. This will be accomplished through assignments, group projects and quizzes.
