Residential Tenancies Act (Micro-credentials)
Description
The Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) defines and regulates the relationship between residential landlords and tenants. Through these Micro-credentials, students will have the opportunity to learn about what is covered by the Act, breaking a lease, evictions, privacy issues, repairs and maintenance, rules relating to rent, and proceedings before the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board.

- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) including Grade 12 English (C or U)
- Grade 12 equivalency certificate achieved through College academic upgrading OR
- Mature Student Status (19 years of age or older) with Grade 12 English (C or U) and Grade 12 Math (C, M or U)
