Description
Expand knowledge and skills in Pediatric Nursing with an in depth study of content essential to the provision of effective nursing care for the pediatric population (infancy to adolescence) and their families with emphasis on community setting.
Nursing Specialization increases potential to find employment in Pediatric Units and in community settings.
Potential and in-progress students must be aware that most agencies accepting clinical/placement students require you to be fully vaccinated with Health Canada approved vaccines. If you are not fully immunized, it may have a significant impact on your ability to participate in clinical/field placement.
