Description
The Master of Health Management Program is a partnership between DeGroote School of Business and School of Rehabilitation Science. The goal of the program is to produce graduates who emerge as leaders in innovative health services, design, and delivery.
Program Overview
The Master of Health Management program is offered on a part-time basis and designed specifically for health professionals who are currently employed in a clinical and/or management capacity in any healthcare sector in Canada or internationally. Courses are delivered through distance education, on-line with two short, mandatory, residency periods. The program is completed in 32 months.

Admission Requirements:
To be eligible for the program, all applicants must meet the minimum requirements as either a regulated healthcare professional or a non-regulated healthcare professional.
Applicants should also exhibit the essential skills and attributes as posted and must be available to attend both MHM Residency periods in full.
Courses
Master of Health Management students follow a prescribed prospectus. Using mostly asynchronous online learning, course content is presented to students through a combination of text, slides, audio clips, and videos. On occasion, synchronous sessions are used. This graduate program has purposefully included two short residency periods to develop a sense of community among the students.
Course Sequence
The required courses to complete the MHM degree include five core courses; an elective; and in the final year of study, the completion of 2 half courses or 1 full course from the Year 3 Options list (Option A or B).
