Management Studies Certificate
Description
This professional certificate program is designed for students seeking employment as First-Line or Middle managers, or those individuals who wish to update and expand their skills in order to advance their career. Students will explore the four main management activities/functions, Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling. Those who have spent a minimum of 5 years in a Management Level position may be eligible to apply for a Prior Learning Assessment (PLA).
Students who successfully complete the following courses will be eligible to receive a Certificate in Management Studies. In addition, the Human Resources courses may be accredited by the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario towards the National Knowledge Exam.
