Lean Manufacturing & Quality Control
Description
This course, delivered using a self-paced virtual model, provides fundamentals of the lean manufacturing concepts including value stream analysis, workplace organization, TPM and Six Sigma. In addition, quality control concepts based on statistical models and process simulations, an integral part of advanced manufacturing, will be discussed.
