Infusion Nursing Practices
Description
This micro-credential will provide registered nurses and registered practical nurses with knowledge and skills in aspects of infusion therapy in the adult population. You will learn from experienced nursing faculty in active learning environments such as state-of-the-art nursing laboratories, or through online learning platforms. The curriculum involves a review of pertinent anatomy and physiology and knowledge related to intravenous lines, venipuncture, central venous lines, and troubleshooting. Nursing students in final semesters of their program can enroll in courses.
