You will learn the practical skills needed to succeed as an HR professional, and effect positive change within a company structure. The Human Resource Management Certificate program meets the high standards set by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). The framework incorporates both knowledge and competency around the areas of strategy, demographics, workplace accommodation, business acumen, diversity, employment law and analytics.

Grade Requirements

To achieve recognition from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), you must attain an overall average of 70% with no individual course grade below 65%.

The Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) is the professional regulatory body and the professional association for HR professionals in Ontario. All courses in the Human Resources Management Certificate program have been approved by HRPA and can help you earn the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.

Examination Prep Courses

Near completion of your credential and ready for the next step? Our two examination prep courses are designed to help you review the framework of either the CHRP or CHRL examination. If you're ready to take the certified examination and looking for extra prep, these courses are for you. Choose the one that best fits your goals:

For these examination preparation courses, there will be no refunds issued after the start date of the course. Requests for withdrawal should be made at least 24 hours before the start date of the course.
