The Human Resource Management Certificate program meets the high standards set by the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). Grade Requirements
To achieve recognition from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), you must attain an overall average of 70% with no individual course grade below 65%.
Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA)
The Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) is the professional regulatory body and the professional association for HR professionals in Ontario. All courses in the Human Resources Management Certificate program have been approved by HRPA and can help you earn the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation.
