ABOUT THE CERTIFICATE
Foundations of Applied Mindfulness Meditation courses (previously Mindfulness Meditation Level A) explore the history and practices of mindfulness and mindfulness meditation, traditional and contemporary medicine, as well as case and research-based practice.

Certificate Requirements
Students are required to complete 5 courses with complete attendance to meet certificate requirements. You have three years from the start date of your first course to complete the certificate. It is strongly recommended that the courses be taken in order.
