Program Information
Food Service Worker (FSW) assists with food preparation, and safe food handling for many avenues of the food industry.
This program will also enhance your skills if you are already employed in an institutional food preparation setting, whether it is a commercial or long-term care facility.
Admission Requirements:
This program is available on a course by course basis. You may choose to complete one or more courses each semester. Courses within this program must be completed within five years.
