Description

Do the right thing with an Ethics certificate

How can our organizations and institutions become more inclusive? More diverse? More sustainable? When it comes to creating ethical industry leaders, it takes trained professionals. And The Chang School’s unique Certificate in Ethics can give you that training and help you aid organizations and institutions in becoming better corporate citizens.

Learn how to apply ethics to any role, whether it’s in the public or private sector. During this Ethics certificate, you’ll learn how to help organizations and institutions make intelligent, empathetic decisions and boost well-being along with the bottom line. This program can help you become a leader in any organization you choose, with colleagues and senior stakeholders looking to you in times of change and development for how to do the right thing.

Ethics courses cover many kinds of ethics, including ethics in health care, business ethics, human rights and justice, bioethics and environmental ethics, and media ethics.

To ensure your ethics education is as well-rounded as possible, there are electives available in diverse subjects like law, economics, women’s studies, conflict resolution, propaganda, leadership, diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and psychology.
All of our ethics courses are online, with in-person exams, and offer individual supervision by experts in the ethics field. Once you complete your certificate, you can excel in many different fields, from employment equity and policy development to administration and management.

Ethics certification will help you stand out amongst your peers as someone who’s focused and committed to excellence in your industry – and trained to improve effectiveness and decision-making for your employer. Are you ready to become that professional?
