Applied Project Management

Description

This online program provides students with the knowledge and the practical and professional skills to manage projects from initiation to completion. Learn the project management skills needed to complete projects on time and on budget. The PMP® credential requires education, project management experience, training, and an exam. The content of this program aligns with the most current version of the guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, (PMBOK® Guide) and meets the training requirement.
 

You can access the online courses at any time of day. There is no requirement to be online at a specific time, but you must follow the weekly pace. Each module begins on a Saturday and ends the following Thursday. During this time, participants should expect to spend nine to 12 hours per week on coursework and assignments.

The online courses use a wide variety of tools such as discussion forums, blogs, email, group activities and online videos to increase interactivity between the participants. There is also collaboration with the instructor by email, phone and desktop sharing.
