Advanced Safety Management
Description
Build a safer world with an Advanced Safety Management certificate
Organizations need more occupational health and safety leaders. And we want to help you become one of those leaders. The Chang School Certificate in Advanced Safety Management will give you the skills and education you need to take on mid-management positions and thrive.
This health and safety program offers more in-depth knowledge that can help you thrive in your career. Our occupational health and safety online courses cover areas like accident theory, ergonomics, safety evaluation techniques, safety control methods, and fire and radiation safety. You can also train to become a more well-rounded professional with courses in subjects like disability issues and conflict resolution in community services.
There are many opportunities in this booming sector. Every workplace in Ontario with more than five employees is legally required to plan and put into practice an OHS policy, and almost all industries need trained OHS professionals. Expand your health and safety knowledge of health and enjoy exploring mid-career roles with more responsibilities or being a team lead.
Courses can all be completed online, in any order, so you can learn at your own pace. Plus, if you complete this occupational health program after the Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and then continue on to the Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Leadership, you’ll meet the educational requirements to write the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP) exam to become a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP).
Excited to build your health and safety management knowledge and head to the top of your field? Start this certificate with us today.
