Description
This certificate explores crisis communication and its psychology. Focus on the requirements for sustainable interoperability and resilience as they relate to crisis and risk communication during a disaster. Apply advanced crisis communication strategies in a state-of-the-art emergency operations centre (EOC) using simulated disaster environments.
