WSIB Claims Management Strategies

Description

Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) case management is a complex and vital function within the field of disability management. As part of the Certificate in Disability Management and Attendance Support, students in the WSIB Claims Management Strategies course will develop knowledge of the policies and procedures for determining initial entitlement in a WSIB claim, as well as develop skills in effective caseload management in order to be equipped at administering and managing WSIB claims from both an employer and employee perspective.
