Workplace Safety and Insurance Act
Description
This course will provide students with knowledge in WSIB history, the legislative process, the responsibilities of the employer, worker and health care professional, personal injury accidents, third party and out of province claims, Second Injury and Enhancement Fund (SIEF), appeals, medical rehabilitation, recurrences, second accidents, and other specific topics related to the WSIB Act. No textbook required.
