Description
In this course, emphasis is placed on the ways in which training should be integrated with the overall objectives of the organization. Topics of study include: orientation/basic training, needs analysis, evaluation theory and practice, objective writing, human learning theories, positioning and design of the training function and determining stakeholders of training and development.
