Technical Communications

This course introduces students to the best practices for essential written, spoken, and graphic communications used in technology workplaces. Emphasis is placed on how to conduct research, analyze information, and design communication materials that are succinct and customized to the reader's needs.

Three lectures; one term, may be offered online or in-person

Registration in one of Civil Engineering Infrastructure Technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Power and Energy Engineering Technology or Software Engineering Technology.
