Description
Developing a compelling vision, agreeing on priorities, and setting measurable objectives is difficult but essential in the complex nonprofit environment. This course teaches students the importance of thinking strategically. It includes: understanding strategy in changing environments; leadership; the planning process including mission statements, environmental analysis, stakeholders, data, roles, strategy development, implementation planning and management; planning in partnerships and collaborations; and developing RFP's
