Smart Serve Training
Description
Our Smart Serve Training course provides the Smart Serve Training Program approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). You are required by law to complete the AGCO-approved training if you are someone who is involved in the sale, service, or sampling of liquor or who takes orders for liquor from customers. This alcohol education course covers civil liability, the impact of various alcohol-based drinks, signs of intoxication, and techniques for identifying and managing a patron who is approaching intoxication.
Note(s): Passing the course earns you an eCertificate (sent via email or downloaded from your online Smart Serve account).

Course Essentials:
You will be required to have a webcam and speakers.
Intake Method:The course sections (CRNs) use continuous intake registration. That means they do not have traditional start/end dates. You can register at any time (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) during the date range shown. However, you will only have until the end date of your CRN to complete the course, so be sure to check the total course hours to ensure you are registering early enough to complete the course by that date. Also keep in mind that you will receive your online access/course materials approximately a week after you register.
