Safety Administration

This course covers a systemic approach to designing activities and procedures to ensure and maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Students will learn how to implement an effective safety program. This course examines proper accident investigation and reporting, audits, inspections, safety committees, orientations, safe work procedures, elimination of hazards and policy development and implementation. A specific focus will include the development of effective safety programs with the goal of reducing accidents and illness in the workplace.
