Resiliency through the Life Span
Description
The subject introduces the student to models of human development shaped through the lens of trauma and social determinants of health. Students will become aware of how social determinants of health influence the health and development of individuals and communities. Additionally, this course will introduce trauma and its relation to each stage of the life span. The subject will also examine interventions which promote healing and resiliency across diverse populations and groups.
