Radiography Theory II
Description
Students learn the basic principles of intra and extra oral dental radiographic exposure. Topics include the principles and techniques for the exposure of bitewings, paralleling and bisecting angle techniques, periapical, occlusal, panoramic, cephalometric, endodontic radiographs and an introduction to digital radiography. Client assessment and management skills during radiographic exposure as well asidentification of normal versus various lesions on a radiograph are also discussed.
