Project Risk, Issues and Change Management
Description
Discover the fundamentals of project cost management and control including project estimating at the project definition and approval stage, budgeting, resource costing and allocation, and status reporting. Using these fundamentals, we will introduce a structured multi-tiered approach that can be used to identify the different types of risks associated with projects such as technical, time, costs, quality and others. Learn to communicate risks effectively and share the responsibility of managing risks with your team members, customers and management.
