Description
Risk and control management is of vital importance to an organization in ensuring positive outcomes. Students explore risk management, starting with planning for risk management, identification, and quantification of risks, preparation of risk response strategies, and monitoring risk factors. Through group discussions and applied exercises students develop an understanding of the functions of quality assurance, control, and improvement in projects.
