Project Management Simulation
Description
Project Management Simulation places each participant in the shoes of a Project Manager dealing with a real-life situation. This course combines the learnings of the program and is designed to test all of the student's project management technical and management skills. It provides the student's exposure to, and experience with, each of PMI\'s core competencies.
