Project Management (IPAC)

Project Management in IPAC prepares students for future careers in developing, planning, assessing, and managing IPAC projects. Core concepts include project management processes, cost-benefit analysis, and evaluation of environmental factors and influences. Students gain comprehensive knowledge of theoretical and practical tools and techniques that are required in project management and project risk management. Students gain knowledge of the various roles and techniques found within risk mitigation in the context of organizational health and IPAC projects.
