Description
This course focuses on making you a more effective project leader. Project management is a combination of art and science. In this course, you’ll delve into the art of leadership and your leadership style – working with project teams, managing stakeholder politics, resolving team conflict, and embracing change management. Leadership can be a huge contributor to project success or failure, and this course covers the relevant leadership elements required to succeed in the art of project management. The course will provide you with a thorough understanding of how you, as a leader, can transform yourself and reach a greater level of project management maturity.
