Project Leadership
Description
Students examine the roles of project management and how the concept of project management can be applied in the field of logistics. Topics include staffing, time management, project pricing and cost control. Mandatory Group Work. Recommended 2 or 3 year college diploma in business, engineering, hospitality, IT, transportation or significant work experience.
