Description
In this course, students will examine strategies to promote academic and clinical success in health science programs. Students will explore methods of building trust within a healthcare team. Students will explore personal emotional strength to manage relationships effectively. Students will explore effective professional communication and methods of conflict resolution. Students will analyze Ontario legislation relevant to health care professionals. Students will discuss the significance of the standards of practice and codes of ethics of healthcare professionals.
